Starting from groups of 12 right up to parties of 1000 people, there are various rooms and spaces available, fully equipped to suit your needs. From U-shape to theatre and boardroom style setups, Disney can tailor these spaces to meet your specification.
With the chance to also hold team building activities throughout the resort, there are plenty of options to get everyone involved and hone in on skills that will encourage partnership between colleagues and enhance motivation. Two Day Suggested Package
Day 1
Travel to Disneyland® Paris and get down to Business.
Travel from the UK to Disneyland® Paris, arriving at your onsite Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Hotel New York. Relax amid soaring skyscrapers, spacious rooms and Disney’s biggest pool at this Manhattan style 4* Hotel. Set beside Lake Disney, you are just a few steps from Disney Village® and a short ride from the Parks by free shuttle bus.
Once disembarking the Eurostar terminal, make your way through Disney Village and check in to your selected Hotel before the fun begins!
Your meeting room, ideally located in Disney’s Hotel New York, will be available for a few hours in the afternoon. Tailored to ensure we meet your needs and requirements, additional services can be added such as audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply, please ask for more details.
After a busy afternoon of getting down to business, head back to your rooms to freshen up ready for a delicious 3 course meal at your choice of restaurant.
Day 2
Enjoy the Disney® Parks and experience a Team Building Activity like no other.
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast before taking advantage of Extra Magic Hours, where you and your colleagues can access selected areas and rides in Disneyland® Park up to 2 hours before regular Park opening.
From 10am, all rides will officially open and you can make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality! Experience big thrills on Space Mountain®: Mission 2 and Indiana Jones™ and the Temple of Peril, or for the big kids amongst you, take a spin on the Mad Hatter’s Teacups and blast away with Buzz Lightyear’s Laser Blast.
After a morning spent enjoying all on offer in Disneyland® Park, grab a bite to eat at Earl of Sandwich before the team building commences! Located in Disney Village® and offering the World’s Greatest Hot Sandwich, you’ll be spoilt for choice with wraps and salads also available. The Hawaiian BBQ is definitely a favourite!
After lunch, make your way to Walt Disney Studios® Park, where the world of movies and television comes alive! It’s time to put your self in the shoes of a world class movie director in Lights, Camera… Action!
With the help of a team of professionals, you will be asked to scour the whole of the Walt Disney Studios® Park in order to find the infamous Film Archivist. Running from one scene to the next, you will need to solve cinematographic clues and enigmas in order to accumulate points and find the Archivist’s location.
This fun filled team building exercise will bring everyone together by trying to reach a common goal within a tight time limit. Immersed in the glamour of old Hollywood, this high spirited and fast paced activity will have the whole team releasing their inner star!
After your time in the director’s chair, head over to Planet Hollywood for a celebratory drink to conclude the weekend and congratulate the winners.
It’ll then be time to head over to the Eurostar terminal ready to say Au Revoir to Disney and head back home.
