Tired of holding your conferences in your standard office? Looking for somewhere a bit different to host your next meeting? Well look no further, as Disneyland® Paris is the place for you!
Let your imagination run wild and your creativity be expressed by organising a meeting like no other. Starting from groups of 12 right up to parties of 1000 people, there are various rooms and spaces available, fully equipped to suit your needs. From U-shape to theatre and boardroom style set-ups, Disney can tailor these spaces to meet your specification.
As well as being able to create the most exciting meeting you’ve held, you will be able to dine in style with plenty of catering options available throughout the resort. Included in your package will be a continental breakfast each morning along with 2 evening meals.
After a busy morning of discussing work, you will also get the chance to experience all the magic the two Disney® Parks have to offer!

Suggested Itinerary
Day 1
Travel to Disneyland® Paris and enjoy your first night at Dinner.
Travel from the UK to Disneyland® Paris, arriving at your onsite Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Hotel New York. Relax amid soaring skyscrapers, spacious rooms and Disney’s biggest pool at this Manhattan style 4* Hotel. Set beside Lake Disney, you are just a few steps from Disney Village® and a short ride from the Parks by free shuttle bus.
Upon arrival, check in and get freshened up before enjoying a 3 course meal at the Hotel.
You will then have the chance to grab a drink at Disney Village® or relax in your room, ready for a morning of meetings.
Day 2
Get down to business before enjoying the Disney® Parks.
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast before making your way to the conference area.
Your meeting room, ideally located in Disney’s Hotel New York, will be available from 9am – 1pm. Tailored to ensure your needs and requirements are met, you will be able to make the most of your time in the conference space. Additional services can be added should you need further audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply, please ask for more details.
After a busy morning of getting down to business, you will get the chance to visit the two Disney® Parks.
In Disneyland® Park, make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality! Experience big thrills on Space Mountain®: Mission 2 and Indiana Jones™ and the Temple of Peril, or for the big kids amongst you, take a spin on the Mad Hatter’s Teacups and blast away with Buzz Lightyear’s Laser Blast.
Or for the film fanatics amongst you, make your way to Walt Disney Studios® Park, where the world of movies and television comes alive!
You will then have another evening meal included so after an enchanting afternoon of exploring the Parks, head back to freshen up before dinner is served at either the hotel or in one of the restaurants in Disney Village®.
Day 3
Another morning of meetings before heading home.
Enjoy another continental breakfast in your hotel ready for another morning of work related activities in the same room you occupied yesterday.
You will again be able to utilise the hired audiovisual equipment and access the room from 9am – 1pm.
After all business has been completed, it will be time to say au revior to Disney and head back home.

Head down town and soak up the atmosphere of 20th Century Manhattan, in stylish 1930s Art Deco surroundings.
Dare to dream big in the comfort of this luxurious Manhattan-style hotel. Disney’s Hotel New York has everything that’s great about the iconic city, from skyscraper towers and elegant restaurants to fun-packed activities and pampering spa sessions.
Take your pick from tempting restaurants, bask in the sauna, get your locks dressed at the salon or pick up treats at the Disney Shop. There’s a pool and fitness suite to keep you on your toes too.
