Day 1
Travel to Disneyland Paris and enjoy Dinner at your Disney® Hotel
Travel from the UK to Disneyland® Paris, arriving at your onsite Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Hotel New York. Relax amid soaring skyscrapers, spacious rooms and Disney’s biggest pool at this Manhattan style 4* Hotel. Set beside Lake Disney, you are just a few steps from Disney Village® and a short ride from the Parks by free shuttle bus.
Upon arrival, check in and get freshened up before enjoying a 3 course meal at the Hotel.
You will then have the chance to grab a drink at Disney Village® or relax in your room, ready for a morning of meetings.
Day 2
Head to your meetings before time in the Park and a Gala Dinner to remember!
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast before making your way to the conference area.
Your meeting room, ideally located in Disney’s Hotel New York, will be available from 9am – 1pm. Tailored to ensure your needs and requirements are met, you will be able to make the most of your time in the conference space. Additional services can be added should you need further audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply, please ask for more details.
After a busy morning of getting down to business, you will get the chance to visit the two Disney® Parks.
In Disneyland® Park, make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality!
Or for the film fanatics amongst you, make your way to Walt Disney Studios® Park, where the world of movies and television comes alive!
After enjoying the Parks, it will be time to freshen up before heading to a gala dinner, where you will feel like the star!
Tonight, the Walt Disney Studios® Paris is exclusively reserved for your company. The entire studios with their Hollywood sets and unfinished stories are waiting for you to give them life again.
What’s more, you’ll be able to book one or more of the attractions for your own private use. Disney have something for everyone: CineMagic for those passionate about moviemaking, the Rock’n’roller coaster with Aerosmith rocking away, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror for those who like a thrill, the Studio Tram Tour® Behind the Magic to get a behind the scenes look at how movie magic is made and the Crush’s Coaster for those who want to take a virtual trip to down under
Day 3
Grab some breakfast before travelling Home
After a magical few days, it will be time to grab a bite to eat in the hotel before checking out and heading home with memories to cherish for a lifetime.
